Fitness influencer loses 16 kg weight, shares diet plan that helped her shed from 80 kg to 64 kg

Weight loss stories often grab attention because they offer a glimpse into the habits people followed to achieve lasting results. Fitness influencer Aarti Sharma recently shared the diet plan she credits for helping her go from 80 kg to 64 kg.

Aarti shared her daily eating routine, hydration habits through an Instagram video. "these foods changed everything" she wrote with the video Her diet consisted of simple, familiar foods, not complicated meal plans or extreme restrictions.

Fitness influencer said her day would start with chia seed water in the early morning.

For breakfast she chose high-protein foods such as boiled eggs, an omelette and protein powder.

Any seasonal fruit she would take about noon for a snack.

Lunch was two chapatis with egg bhurji or paneer bhurji. She also put salad on the meal.

In the evening Aarti would drink milky coffee and have a bowl of makhana.

She kept things pretty simple for dinner. Her meal was normally dal and chawal or a salad.

She drank green tea before sleeping.

The hydration habit she had

Apart from her meals, Aarti also kept a tab on her water intake.

As per the information shared in the video she used to consume three to four litres of water daily.

The influencer shared the routine as a part of her weight loss journey from 80 kg to 64 kg, mentioning the foods and habits she has consistently followed throughout the process.

Aarti’s Instagram post featured a diet consisting of protein-rich foods, fruits, salads, regular hydration and fairly simple home-style meals, though individual nutritional needs can differ from person to person.
